Elastic Path provides SaaS solutions for eCommerce businesses, such as United and Pluralsight. The users are typically merchandisers who manage everything about the products/services they sell - product description, media, categories management, pricing, and promotions.
Objective & Outcomes
Bundles have a lot of potential to grow bigger. It is a product differentiator from our competition. At the time, ecommerce merchants had to do a lot of workaround or multiple technologies to achieve the same results.
This initial release would lay the groundwork for more feature enhancements.As such, we needed to release bundles quickly due to customer demand.Laying Groundwork for Future UX Iterations: Tread carefully in the shadows of backend intricacies, recognizing the potential for future UX improvements.
